Westminster Child Center is a year-round preschool and child care center at 4848 North Eagle Rock Boulevard, Los Angeles, California 90041. The Center has served Eagle Rock families since 1962.

## Confirmed program facts

- Open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Enrolling children ages 2 to 5, subject to current availability.
- Offers five-day, three-day Monday/Wednesday/Friday, and two-day Tuesday/Thursday preschool schedules, subject to current availability.
- Full-day preschool is 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; half-day preschool is 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
- After-school care runs from 2:30 PM to 5:30 PM in five-day and three-day options.
- Children learn through questions, investigation, imagination, creation, and discovery.
- Learning experiences include early literacy and math, science and nature, art, music, movement, dramatic play, and outdoor time.
- Families can request a tour to meet the team and visit the renovated classrooms and outdoor spaces.
- AM and PM snacks are included in tuition.

## Tuition and fees

The public WCC tuition rate sheet is effective February 1, 2026. Monthly rates are:

- Five full days: $1,698.
- Three full days, Monday/Wednesday/Friday: $1,298.
- Two full days, Tuesday/Thursday: $1,019.
- Five half days: $1,298.
- Three half days, Monday/Wednesday/Friday: $998.
- Two half days, Tuesday/Thursday: $779.
- After-school care, five days: $541.
- After-school care, three days: $406.

Published fees include a $300 non-refundable registration fee, a $200 annual registration fee due September 1, a $125 facility fee due March 1, a $25 late fee, and a $35 returned-check charge. A 10% sibling discount is applied to the oldest child's tuition when more than one child is enrolled. All-day extra care is $25 per day and minimum-day extra care is $15 per day.
